Call Parking with Designated Parking Locations

Susan answers a call from Joe.

Joe asks to speak to someone in the warehouse.

Susan need to see if anyone in the warehouse is available, so she needs to Park Joe

Susan then calls the warehouse group and Tom Answers. Susan informs Tom than Joe is on Park.

Tom Unparks the call and speaks to Joe


To setup designated Parking bays, your account requires a dedicated Parking Account.

This account should have an extension setup of 100

On the Phones, there are some settings that need to be configured to enabled the correct use of the parking keys.

On Yealink phones, configure “Features –> Transfer”

configure “Features –> Pickup & Park”

Then Configure the DSS Keys with your Parking button:
